As a Warehouse Driver/Worker for RAM Construction Services, you will assist in the revitalization and construction of our surrounding areas. A Warehouse Driver/Worker will assist in warehouse duties as well as ensure that job-sites have the needed materials which will lead to the completion and success of a project. To perform this position sufficiently, the employee must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. The descriptions below are representative of, but not limited to, the duties and details of this position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading truck accurately and safely for deliveries and filling orders.
  • Drive company vehicle to make deliveries and pick-ups- must comply with company vehicle policies.
  • Assisting with the general upkeep of the warehouse.
  • Lifting objects or materials weighing 60+ pounds.
  • Performing other relevant duties as assigned- possible usage of hand tools and small power tools.

Education, Experience & Qualifications

  • This position requires a minimum education level of High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3-5 years prior experience in a related field preferred.

The employee is required to have reliable transportation, clean driving record and a valid CDL A or B license


Travel to and from job-sites and other Midwest offices is required. RAM will compensate for travel expenses if applicable.

Work Environment

As a Warehouse Driver & Laborer for RAM, the employee will be subject to various work environments. Work environments may include but are not limited to the following: seasonal temperatures, high spaces, small spaces, loud and frequent noises, standing/walking for up to 12 hours a day, indoor/outdoor settings, areas close to traffic.
